Expect a slow pace and educational cueing that will help you get to know your body from the inside out, along with joint articulations that teach your body how to move efficiently.

I offer somatic yoga classes and somatic coaching in Surbiton and online. My classes and coaching are for people who are stuck in patterns of stress, anxiety, chronic disorders or physical aches and pains.

We take the self-regulation and mindfulness of the yoga classes to the next level with personalised guidance, and go deeper into psychological and/or movement patterns that will bring you closer to the freedom and fulfilment you desire.
