Slow Flow Classes
The slow flow class is slower and softer than the Vinyasa flow but still pose and interesting and challenging workout. Ideal to get flexible and tone up muscles.
The level of physical challenge is low to moderate.

I have been passionate about yoga and all related to yoga for last few years. The yoga practice has helped me to make physical and mental changes that I haven't thought were possible. When I first started it was only to improve my fitness and overall health. However, it didn’t take me long to discover the power behind the asana (poses), pranayama (breath control) and meditation practices. These elements of yoga can be game changers if practised consciously and regularly.
My yogic background is Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. I chose the Vinyasa Flow path eventually and trained as a teacher.
I have found Vinyasa Flow to be a flexible yoga system that safely allows everybody, from complete beginners to advanced students, to get the right level of challenge and progress in their practice.
