This class is suitable for all levels of experience. We practise gently with plenty of warming up and an emphasis on each person working in asana to their own capability. Each session covers asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation or yoga nidra. We also delve into the philosophy of yoga and how it can be incorporated into your daily life. This is not just an exercise class.

I have been practising yoga for 37 years. I have completed the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma Course and also the British Wheel of Yoga Module on Teaching Children and Teenagers and Module on Teaching People Living with Cancer.
