Sun power yoga for beginners or people who have done some yoga.
We start with savasana (relaxation) then pranayama (breath work) then the sun salutations followed by various yoga postures. We end with a final savasana to completely relax and chant the Oms to create a wonderful ambiance of peace calm and unity.
Our group is friendly and is of mixed abilities and we cater for all levels.

I am a qualified Sun Power Yoga teacher YA 200 hrs YMCA Level 3 diploma in Teaching yoga and Sun Power Yoga for Kidz teacher.
In yoga we aim to unite mind body and breath with breathing exercises, yoga postures and relaxation. To create balance and expansion for both the mind and body. Yoga helps to reduce stress, anxiety and release long held tension within the body.....it’s power for transformation is endless, re-connect with yourself and be the best that you can be.
