Classes run every week during the school term term. In warmer weather I also do outdoor classes by the river in Godmanchester.
Some weeks we do a full Sivananda class, other weeks I mix it up and have a different focus. All my classes feature a warm up, core work, asana set and then relaxation.
All are very welcoming and friendly!

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the past 13 years.
I have a particular interest in yoga nidra and run my 'total relaxation' class to help others feel the enormous benefits of practicing yoga nidra.
I like to keep my classes fresh and challenging, but always welcoming and inclusive.
Everyone should and can practice yoga!
