This high energy session will get you moving and ready for the week ahead. The session will include flowing and static sequences, with time for intention setting and breathing exercises. There will be an option to stay for an additional 15mins for an extended savasana.

Bryony Morris a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, completing her yoga teacher training with Yogacampus UK. She is a Restorative and Chair Yoga teacher, trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Her classes are community focused, suitable for all levels and aim to be inclusive and accessible. They are a welcoming, and safe space.
