Everyone is welcome to join me for a class regardless of fitness, lifestyle, age, ability, or gender. I offer accessible yoga at every stage of life, for every age of life.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and firmly believe that yoga is a practice that everyone can benefit from whether it’s getting stronger physically, discovering tools to help you sleep better, feel calmer and less stressed!
I focus on creating a judgment-free space where students can be themselves and feel welcome whatever age, gender, lifestyle, shape, or ability.
Everybody is unique, each body is amazing, we can open our hearts and minds to be accepting of the body we have and help support it along with the mind through yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation.
