A beautiful, relaxing class to help restore and release the body back to its optimal. The class is focused on completely relaxing the deeper muscles in the body to allow the fascia to stretch and strengthen. This class is for complete beginners and welcome all ages! We are here to support you during the entire class and look forward to helping you on your yoga journey.
