Relax class every Friday night. Clare Pritchard will guide you through a yoga practice that helps you to stretch & strengthen joints and connective tissues with long held seated/reclined postures. Using lots of lovely props for support and to explore more depth. Suitable for all abilities (including beginners), this gentle class offers lovely deep stretches and time to explore the many other aspects of yoga such as meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness. Mats and all props including buckwheat bolsters, lavender eye pillows are provided, just wear loose comfortable clothing. Booking in advance is recommened as we keep classes to 12 and spaces fill quickly. Please arrive 15 minutes before start of class. £6 a class or £40 for 8 classes
