This course has been designed for those wanting to unwind and relax, get a good nights rest or those with overly active minds.

Your natural ability to access deep states of relaxation & inner stillness will be progressively developed over the 12 weeks.

The body holds an incredible power to relax deeply and re-energise to return you to your centre

The elements of the course have been blended so that each class provides deep relaxation and inner stillness.

~ Mindful Movement tailored exercises to explore & deepen relaxation (inspired by chi gong, yoga)
~ Guided meditation and healing visualisation practice (inspired by yoga nidra)

You'll find that each time you journey into deep relaxation and touch stillness it becomes more familiar and easier to find in everyday life.

*No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.

Olivia is a professional in the field of spiritual wellbeing. Her specialisation is the body. She is gifted at demystifying the mystical and knitting together different holistic principles in a down to earth manor to make this arena accessible for all manner of people.

The importance of the body became apparent as a successful tool for managing the stresses in life during her search to overcome anxiety induced and trauma based depression. The discovery of Yoga in 1997 and later on Somatic Movement and Intuitive Dance led to her understanding of why stand alone mind based therapies had never fully worked. Focusing on the body and uniting the mind and spirit with it has led to her own healing and become the basis of her work with others.

TRAINING
Trained in Egypt, Dublin, USA and South India as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance 200hr) and Somatic Movement Educator, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher.

Additionally, Olivia holds an RSA in Person Centred Counselling (Thames Valley University 2004), Spiritual Life Coaching (Holistic Healing College 2006) and Theta Healing Practitioner (2010).
