Come along to this relaxed and friendly class which is suitable for anyone of any age or fitness level.
The class includes Asanas (postures), breathing techniques and guided visualisations and a bit of fun!
Beginners are very welcome as everyone works to their own level whatever that may be and all postures can be adapted to suit you.

I have been a student of Yoga for over 40 years and it has given me a very strong and calm inner self.
I've been teaching for Yoga 17 years and enjoy watching my students gradually gain awareness and control of body and mind. It's great to look round and see how the class is developing greater flexibility, strength and tone.
The peace we create at the end of a class during relaxation is really beautiful.
I trained with the Yoga for Health Foundation which built on my background as massage therapist and Reiki healer.
I also teach Reiki healing up to Master Teacher level and run Meditation Made Simple classes and an ongoing meditation group.
I am trained as a wedding and funeral celebrant so if you want a personal ceremony created just for you please contact me.
