Private Yoga Therapy

I offer specialised yoga therapy in a 1-2-1 setting. Each session is designed specifically for help with or provide relief from any symptoms or health condition that may be troubling you. The yoga therapy session is ideal for those suffering from any of the above conditions and more.

Private yoga therapy sessions give you the opportunity to work one-to-one with Sara-mae to pin point the cause of discomfort and develop a tailor-made plan of practice to suit your specific needs. The sessions will help you to incorporate an array of yoga therapy techniques into your every day life.
 
Sessions are designed specifically to meet each individual client’s needs. For optimal improvement, clients are advised to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks, involving one 75-minute session per week.

A thorough intake is conducted during the first session, in part through a questionnaire. Each week we will reflect upon your growth and progress and/or areas that may need improvement, as well as recommendations for moving forward with or without private sessions.

Such sessions are offered at my home in my very own yoga space.

My specialised yoga therapy 1-2-1 sessions are for all levels of yoga. There are many ways of practising yoga and so I will blend elements of different styles to meet your needs and ensure that you get the most from each session.

Peace Within Yoga Therapy

Sara-mae invites you to join her on the mat and discover inner peace, healing, strength and resilience through yoga.
Practising yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2010 and forever a student of yoga, Sara-mae is continuing her training towards international yoga therapy accreditation, and is governed by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and British Council for Yoga Therapists (BCYT).

Sara-mae teaches from the heart and her yoga therapy sessions will include basic counselling styles, together with traditional yogic tools which include, meditation, mindfulness, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), relaxation and yoga nidra.

A yoga therapy session will incorporate the traditional yogic methods of meditation, pranayama (breath control), asanas and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes offer a flourishing and innovative style of yoga, perfect for modern times and adaptable for ALL, yet still laced with traditional yogic principles.
