Hello, my name is Louise. I am married and have two beautiful daughters - Sophie and Amelia.
It was during the Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes I took Sophie to as a baby that I thought “what an amazing job”. I looked into courses and found MamaBabyBliss and haven't looked back!
I believe that nurture should start during pregnancy. A happy mum = a happy baby. During my classes not only will you learn relaxation techniques and stretches to prepare your body for labour, it will also give you the opportunity to have some well earned “me” time and the best night's sleep you've ever had!
I love the MamaBabyBliss family! I feel privileged to have the opportunity to learn from and work with such a talented group of ladies. I love hearing about everyone's individual stories, watching friendships blossom during my classes and being part of their journey from pregnancy to motherhood. It is wonderful to hear about their progress each week, how my classes have helped and hearing that I have helped mums-to-be to sleep at night is just wonderful. It is the most rewarding job in the world!
