Andrea has been practising yoga for 15 years, teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, and Specialising in Women's health including Pregnancy, Post-natal and Baby Yoga and fertility. She has studied with internationally teachers Paul Dallaghan, Uma Dinsmore-tuli and Matthew Sanford. Andrea is also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Each class is dynamic, fun and empowering individuals to find inner strength and stillness.
Pregnancy and post-natal classes are nurturing, stabilising and beautifully balancing for these special times in your life. Andrea also has trained with 'Off the Mat' and 'Yoga in Action' helping others on a journey of self discovery to find their life in balance and how they can serve their community and world they live in.
