Yoga antenatal classes help to maintain and condition the body making it supple, graceful and strong encourage a peaceful and relaxing pregnancy; pregnancy yoga can relieve minor common pregnancy ailments (e.g. heartburn) ;can be used to relieve pain in labour and childbirth promotes bonding with the baby and an informed approach to parenting.
Classes are on a drop in basis.
