I teach a range of weekly hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities, and a gentle yoga class for the flexibly-challenged. I also teach prenatal yoga classes, plus birth preparation workshops for couples, and can be booked for postnatal groups/individuals. I can be booked on an individual basis either for yoga therapy or for those wishing to deepen their personal practice.
