Every class will include a range of suitable physical asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), which many women find useful during pregnancy and during labour. Classes will end with a relaxation and meditation, allowing women time to be quiet and connect with their growing baby. This class is suitable for any woman over 12 weeks.

Amy Jones is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, with specialist training in pre & postnatal yoga. Amy offers yoga classes specialising in Pregnancy, Mother & Baby, and Toddler yoga. She also teaches adult only Vinyasa-Flow(energetic) and Mellow(restorative) yoga, a wide range of specialist weekend workshops and weekly private classes. Classes are based in her beautiful, dedicated yoga studios, "The Wellbeing Studios", in St Agnes, situated within the Miners and Mechanics Institute.
