Pregnancy yoga is open for pregnant ladies (from 14 weeks): open for women with no yoga experience and experienced yoginis. Learn to explore asana (postures) to support you during your pregnancy and prepare for labour. For balance in body and mind!

The class is ongoing and drop in - no need to book.

Anja Yoga

Dedicated to Yoga and Ayurveda Anja weaves in knowledge of these ancient but highly relevant sciences into her yoga classes, workshops and consultations.

She is a writer and has featured in magazines such as Om Magazine, Positive Health and The Green Parent and writes the Yoga Blog for Families Online and Body in Balance. She offers podcasts and downloadable classes.

Known for her attentive, fun and creative approach to Yoga, Anja’s classes encourage people to feel empowered and is an inspired combination of physical movement, relaxation, breath, spirituality and meditation.

Anja teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels, for pregnant ladies and mums & babies (postnatal yoga) as well as seeing clients for Ayurvedic consultations and treatments.
