Yoga & Mindfulness by Esk & Ivy

Nikki has a background in clinical science, having worked in clinical trials for 15 years. She leaned on yoga & mindfulness to help her balance the stresses of her working life and as a mother, she has had a personal practice for over 10 years. She retrained to become a yoga teacher in 2020, specialising in pregnancy, mum & baby and Ashtanga yoga. She is proud to have supported 100s of women in their journeys in pregnancy, birth & beyond.

Nikki teaches weekly pregnancy, mum & baby and parent & mover yoga classes in Edinburgh and Midlothian, as well as hosting quarterly workshops in mindfulness & meditation, Yoga retreats and pregnancy yoga retreats.
