Aim: This class is designed to include posture work that is soft and gentle providing relief from swollen, achy and tired joints. Strengthen muscles require in child birth, and promote breathing techniques, to induce calmness.
Focus: Yogic breathing will help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress.
