Hi! I’m Becs. I found yoga and meditation when I was suffering with my mental health (panic attacks and anxiety). Now I want to share yoga and meditation with everybody. I became a certified 100 hour Modern Meditation teacher in 2020; trained with Mick Timpson, Accredited and Approved Yoga Alliance Professionals Coach. In June 2023 I became a certified 200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Campus. I am now studying pregnancy yoga teacher training with Birthlight and due to complete in early 2024. opentotheflow was born out of the idea of accepting what is and being in the flow of things.
