Claire is a Womens Health Physio who treats women antenatally, postnatally and many years later when the effects of pregnancy, delivery and child bearing can affect the pelvis and pelvic floor muscles and many other muscles in the women's body

Claire uses her anatomical physio knowledge, Pilates and Yoga expertise to form a great enjoyable class to:
• create flexibility
• strengthen and tone
• connect to your breath
• Get you ready for that next stage in your life

Yoga has been proven to be very beneficial to women during pregnancy, labour and beyond.

Claire teaches you about your new posture, your pelvic floor muscles, your breathing practices during the class. She also helps move and stretch to allow room for your growing baby and find flexibility and strength for childbirth.

Physio Flow Yoga

Claire is an Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council. Claire has over 10 years experience working with all types of injuries from small aches and pains to long term chronic problems. Claire is also a Womens Health Physio who treats women antenatally, postnatally and many years later when the effects of pregnancy, delivery and child bearing can affect the pelvis and pelvic floor muscles and many other muscles in the women's body.

Claire is a qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher and an APPI Pilates teacher and is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Claire is a keen sportswoman who loves to cycle, run, swim, ski and surf but has realised the need for Yoga in the last 10years to allow her body to move more effectively, be balanced and with extra flexibility that yoga gives.

Claire is motivated to get you back to full function using her experience in Physiotherapy and Yoga to achieve your goals and maintain a healthy body and mind. If you have never tried Yoga before, come along and give PhysioFlow Yoga a go. There are 3 classes a week to focus on your needs and level of experience; beginners, intermediates and Pregnancy Physio Flow Yoga.
