Yogabellies pre-teen yoga classes have been specially designed as a cool, creative and fun introduction to yoga practice for 9-12 year olds.
Yoga is great for growing bodies and minds especially in the pre-teen years... not only does it increase coordination, flexibility, muscle tone and strength but can also help children to unwind and manage their emotions as well as boosting self awareness concentration and memory.
The pre-teen yoga block will involve yoga postures, breathing and meditation in a friendly non competitive environment with lots of kindred spirits - each class will focus on a different benefit of yoga such as confidence, strength, calm, friendships, focus and sports performance.
These sessions are 1hr long.
