Hi, I'm Alessandra and I would like to introduce you to the life-enhancing benefits of Pranayama Yoga. I first started practising Pranayama Yoga in 1996 and I wanted to share my positive experience with others.
I was attracted to Pranayama Yoga because of its originality and pureness. This form of Yoga focuses on relaxing the entire person, mind and body, through breathing, physical exercises and relaxation methods.
Pranayama Yoga works on creating a healthy mind and body; keeping the physical self fit and flexible and the emotional self relaxed and aware in all circumstances.
