This led class will work towards flowing through the full primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. The practice is an hour and a half, with a relaxation completing the work of cleansing the body, which is the purpose of the primary series. Classes are pacey, fun and suitable for those with some experience of yoga and/or a good level of fitness. Hands on adjustments are given by the teacher throughout, enabling students to progress further, faster and deeper into each posture. See my website for full details.
