A gentle yoga class for mums / dads and their babies. The class is suitable for new mums after they've had their post natal check up with their GP. We stretch and strengthen shoulders, back and re-build core-strength while also relaxing, breathing and having fun with little ones.
No previous yoga experience required.

Practicing yoga for over 15 years and a qualified Yoga teacher with over two years of teaching experience specialized in pregnancy and post natal yoga. I want to share the uplifting and relaxing experience of yoga with others - especially during the special time of pregnancy and being a new mum as yoga helps to alleviate common pregnancy ailments, prepares for a positive birth experience and helps to connect with your baby. I hold a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Certificate and a Yoga Alliance Certificate in pregnancy and post natal yoga.
I currently teach a pregnancy yoga class at the Pavilion Leisure Centre in Bromley on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm.
I am available for private yoga classes.
