Postnatal Yoga Classes - Babies welcomed
Term time classes.

Suitable from 6 weeks vaginal birth or 8 weeks if you had a c-section until your baby is on the mover.

It’s a good idea to get the all clear from your doctor first before starting – be sure to ask them to check if you have Diastasis Reci (separated tummy muscles) before you begin.

Please try to schedule any baby jabs at least a few days before your class as it can take a few days for them to feel ok again and be ready for class.

Classes are creative and varied using all aspects of yoga practice – leaving you feeling calm, whole & complete – ready to go back and face the world again! The perfect and needed bit of time out for women everywhere, at any stage of life. Many of our postnatal mums do progress onto this class to deepen and continue their practice - contact us to see if you might be ready.

I would be grateful if you can make it 5 -10 mins before class start so we can start on time. I understand traffic and public transport is a nightmare so if you are late don’t panic you can still join us.

The on-line booking system which is self managed, therefore you can amend your booking accordingly.
We politely require at least 12-24 hrs notice to cancel your space for classes, so it can be allocated to the next person on our Waiting List. Otherwise you will be charged as if attended. If you do have an emergency and need to cancel within this 12 hr window, please contact your teacher directly.

WHAT YOU NEED

Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a pillow, blanket and muslin cloth for you and baby.
Bring some water
You are able to feed and change your babies during class.
We have mats, but if you have your own mats, feel free to bring it along with you.

Hi, I’m Jaina and love everything to do with yoga! A little geek-ish I know! 🙂

I teach expert Pregnancy & Mum and Baby Postnatal yoga teacher, delivering Antenatal Education Yoga workshop including our 4 hour intensive Prepare for Birth workshops for you and your birth partner at several location in Greater Manchester and Cheshire to people from all walks of like including some celebrities. I also offer Women’s only Yoga classes & Mixed gender and ability Hatha Yoga. Teaching corporate clients and 1-2-1 private classes to individuals. All qualifications are approved by Yoga Alliance. LushTums are approved by FEDENT, who regulate Antenatal Educators education and practices.

Yoga is my life and I am is extremely passionate about sharing all the benefits with you. I am passionate about promoting the union of body and mind through each practice and by learning breathing techniques and postures to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

My Pre and Postnatal classes are not just “ Yoga.” They are a gentle preparation into parenthood and beyond, where we teach different breathing techniques to stay calm and be ourselves for a whole 60 minutes! A WHOLE 60 minutes or more! My prenatal classes prepare you and your birth partner for labour, just like a runner would train for a marathon. Providing you with practical, essential tools and information to birth your babies. Beyond birth we have our lovely Mum and Baby Postnatal Yoga classes. Just as we prepare ourselves during pregnancy, these classes help to rebuild, recover and strength you from the inside, making you stronger, happier and healthier to enjoy motherhood, feel and look good from within. Our classes provide support for new mums, signing posting or bringing in support for things like breast feeding, baby wear slings and postnatal depression and post traumatic stress disorder. We provide support for families experiencing baby loss.

All my fun, friendly, playful, strength and conditioning exercises from the inside out. Classes are unique and tailored to the individual’s requirements, making yoga accessible to everyone and many of my students have never been to a yoga class before. People turn to yoga for so many different reason – health, fitness, stress, relaxation or simply because they enjoy yoga. Whatever your reason maybe, it is personal to you and we can all benefit when we take a little time for ourselves.

I am about building communities and offering a space for you to unwind, reflect and be energised.

I am super excited and cannot wait to meet you all soon.
