Postnatal Mummy & Baby Yoga

Friendly and welcoming postnatal yoga especially for new mums.

This is yoga for YOU, to help you rediscover you and your body post birth and as a new mum.

Baby comes along with you for some lovely time together and to be entertained by your movements.

The classes create a wonderful community atmosphere that provide emotional and physical support. They are friendly, fun and easy going classes taught in a safe and nurturing environment.

The emphasis of the class is created around gentle yoga stretches and postures that release those tense areas new mums have - tight and tense neck, shoulders and back especially.

We also focus on re-engaging with your core and the pelvic floor to help strengthen these important areas.

We end the class with a quiet relaxation time to nourish tired minds and bodies and allow you extra time to bond with your baby.

Followed by tea and biscuits and time to chat!

Open to women from 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks c-section), up until baby is starting to crawl.

No previous yoga experience required.

I teach yoga to complete beginners through to yoga teachers & everyone in between, including pregnancy and postnatal yoga.

I invite you to leave your day at the door & come into a lush environment to nurture yourself through connecting to your body & breath. Creating shapes that help to open your body, to release some tension & aches. Creating space for your breath to reach a little further. Leaving class feeling a little softer, a little taller & a little more connected to you.

Whatever the style of the class, be it flow, beginners, beyond or pregnancy or postnatal, my primary focus is you.
