This class focuses on flowing movement and improving core strength, alignment and posture. It is an intermediate level class, for people who have been practicing Pilates for a while and are familiar with the basic exercises. I will still give modifications to account for injuries and introduce exciting new exercises but we will aim for a largely uninterrupted choreography, where each movement builds on the previous one and leads to the next.
