Each class includes yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to develop strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. Yoga mats are available to use if you don't have your own. If you aren't sure whether an open yoga class would suit you, please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss this with you.
Please download and print the Student Enrolment Form and bring it completed to your first class.

The Be Happy Yoga Project is a new startup in Leicester, UK. We offer open and beginner's yoga classes, as well as yoga for autism including reflex yoga. We cater to private individuals through personalised, tailored tuition and are available for corporate and group classes. Our profits are reinvested in the community enabling us to offer fully funded courses to a number of local charities and social enterprises.
