Each class includes yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to develop strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a blanket. We do have a few yoga mats for you to borrow while you try out the class for the first few sessions. Open classes are suitable for most people. Beginners who don't have any particular physical restrictions should be fine. However, please do speak to us first if you have any concerns about your suitability for this class.

The Be Happy Yoga Project is a new startup in Leicester, UK. We offer open and beginner's yoga classes, as well as yoga for autism including reflex yoga. We cater to private individuals through personalised, tailored tuition and are available for corporate and group classes. Our profits are reinvested in the community enabling us to offer fully funded courses to a number of local charities and social enterprises.
