Vedanta Yoga Centre

Providing Sivananda/Hatha Yoga classes by Peter who has been teaching for over 4 years in Switzerland and Germany. Classes are 3 times a day Mon to Sat. Pranayama, Meditation, Satsang and Study Group classes on a weekly basis. Peter has gained his understanding of Yoga philosophy and practice by working closely over the past nine summers with his Guru/Mentor Mansoor. Now teaching in Limassol (Nicosia shortly), take this opportunity to gain an indepth understanding of Yoga. Beginners welcome.
