Poppy qualified as an Introductory teacher in June 2017. She started practising Iyengar yoga in 2010 when her youngest child went to nursery as a way of getting some 'me time' - and has never looked back! Poppy continues to attend lessons with senior yoga teachers to advance her own practice, as well as workshops, plus attends the annual Iyengar Yoga Convention. She currently teaches four classes a week in order to spread the Iyengar yoga method as much as she can. Poppy is a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, teaching in and around South East London.
