Yoga and Ayurveda studies

I was trained for 5 years in the tradition of Shri Aurobindo and am qualified from the Dharma Ananda School in Valencia. After 4 years of study I received in 2012 the diiploma of Teacher of "Study and Transmission of Yoga" by Claude Maréchal, TKV Desikachar School (Viniyoga), a gentle and meditative type of yoga, adapted to all levels and ages, breathwork being an essential part of it leading to mindfulness. We offer classes and Ayurvedic treatment, both in Spanish and English. Lessons take place in Orba and Fleix (Vall de Laguar). One-to-one lessons or small groups.
