The reason for starting yoga was as a form of exercise and I found something that was life changing. I fell in love with yoga when I walked into my first class 10 years ago as a student. I loved it so much I went three times a week for one hour sessions. After my yoga session I would step outside and I felt so great. As the months went by, my body became more flexible, stronger and mentally, I felt so much more focused on what’s important in life
Now I teach Yoga, my clients say how they already feel better in themselves, their whole body feels stronger, more flexible, and some have said they are able to reach their toes for the first time since they were at school. They feel calmer and more focused and one of my class said she had even been able to reduce the number pain killers she needed. Just a small selection of the positive comments I have received, it reminds me how lucky I am to be teaching, hence the name “Love 4 Yoga”.
