Mixed ability class including asana, vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation. 90 minutes length. Capacity for 15 students, some spare mats available.

You can expect a mixture of resting postures and more dynamic postures (‘asana’), and choreographed sequences ('vinyasa'), that will stretch out muscles, exercise joints, and strengthen and tone your whole body. These classes are fully inclusive (not only for men), and you will start from where you are now, with the limitations and restrictions that you have. New flexibility and strength will come gradually but surely with regular practice.
