This is a postnatal yoga class for mother and baby. This class allows the mother to ease herself gently back into her yoga practice with her baby. The class will help the mother tone the pelvic floor, back and abdominal muscles and work through asanas (postures) which incorporate your baby. Working through a gentle yoga practice with your baby helps to strengthen the mother and baby bond and help the body gently recover from pregnancy and labour.

Amy Jones is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, with specialist training in pre & postnatal yoga. Amy offers yoga classes specialising in Pregnancy, Mother & Baby, and Toddler yoga. She also teaches adult only Vinyasa-Flow(energetic) and Mellow(restorative) yoga, a wide range of specialist weekend workshops and weekly private classes. Classes are based in her beautiful, dedicated yoga studios, "The Wellbeing Studios", in St Agnes, situated within the Miners and Mechanics Institute.
