Caroline has practiced Hatha Yoga for 21 years and has 15 years of Yoga teaching experience. Her main approach is to encourage students to find their own balance and healing journey through their Yoga practice and to discover within themselves an infinite source of Peace, wisdom, clarity and strength to support them in their busy lives. It's so important at this time to have tools for self-balance and transformation.
Specialising in Beginner and Intermediate Yoga; Restorative chair Yoga; Yoga for Stress Management, Yoga for adults with learning and physical disability; Yoga for children; Yoga in Pregnancy.
Caroline is qualified in Heart Yoga (Hatha Yoga) and is insured to teach it. She has been CRB checked and is a Yoga Registered Teacher with the Independent Yoga Network. Please ask if you wish to see copies of paperwork.
