A deep and slow practise on the first Friday of each month for all abilities and levels. Please bring your own equipment including any blocks, blankets and a mat. Class includes a 20 minute guided relaxation after the physical bit and an intro to breath work.

I am a qualified and registered Senior Yoga Teacher and have been teaching in Worcester since 2012. I have also been practicing yoga on and off for most of my life. My mother introduced me to yoga in the late 1970’s, aged 10 to support her during early menopause. I achieved my certification from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in 2012. I am passionate about yoga and its benefits in transforming people’s lives both physically, mentally and spiritually. I have classes in and around Worcestershire and also am available for private tuition. I teach yoga for all and tailor each class to suit individual needs.
