Hi, I have been practising yoga for about 4 years now and have recently qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, my classes are aimed primarily at beginners, but all abilities are of course welcome. I hold a weekly class at Pailton Village Hall every Monday at 7, and also hold smaller classes and personal sessions at my studio in Monks Kirby. Each class runs through posture work, breathing and relaxation and postures are tailored for the individual. A non competitive atmosphere is encouraged and I try to ensue that the mood is lighthearted throughout class.
My classes are aimed at those who want to improve their flexibility, learn how to relax or de stress or for those experiencing mental health issues. Yoga can be particularly helpful.
