Prices for all group classes are as follows:
- Either £39 for a 6 week term, which works out at £6.50 per class.
- or £9 per class to drop in.
- First class just £5, so you can come and see if the class is right for you.
For all classes, if you pay for a term but are unable to attend a session, if you let me know in advance – subject to space – you would be able to book in for one of my other classes in lieu, during the remainder of the 6 weeks – see my timetable.

Hello and welcome to Crest Yoga, yoga and meditation classes, one-to-one and small group yoga sessions located in Sidcup and Hextable, Swanley.
I teach alignment based hatha yoga and offer a range of yoga and meditation classes including mixed ability, beginners, one-to-one, small group and family yoga sessions, tailored to the individual students needs (both physically and with regards to time tables for eg early morning pre-work one-to-one sessions can be arranged).
I hold yoga and meditation workshops throughout the year and in 2018 am very excited to be organising my first yoga retreat.
All my classes are welcoming and friendly so come along and see how it feels to connect to your body, relieve tension, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and improve posture.
