This class will include philosophy, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and conclude with deep relaxation. This class will help you to learn how to relax and will help you sleep at night. It is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.

I am an experienced yoga teacher and run classes at venues around Surrey, for all levels from beginners to teachers. I teach the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course. I also specialise in pregnancy and baby yoga and hold a restorative class once a month.
