I offer Vinyasa Flow classes that consist of a mix of Dynamic and restorative yoga to nourish your mind, body and soul, My classes are non competitive and are suitable for all levels and ages.

My name is Emma Wise and I first discovered yoga about 5 years ago, I was looking for an escape from the stresses and strains of daily life i instantly loved it and decided to take the plunge and join a teacher training course in 2015 i gained my 200 hour diploma with the yoga Alliance.

Yoga is my passion and i absolutely love deepinging my understanding and teaching my students.

I teach both group classes and private classes.
