Emma trained with the Sivananda Yoga Organisation and has her basic and advanced diplomas. She teaches classical Hatha yoga based on the Sivananda class sequence.
Emma was staff with the Sivananda organisation for nearly 14 years and has an in depth training in all aspects of yoga practise and philosophy.
She is also a qualified nutritionist and naturopath and a massage practitioner specialising in Ayurvedic massage and nutrition.
Her main love is living and spreading the art of well being and positive living.
