I have practised yoga for many years and recently completed the BWY 500 hour, Level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching, the highest level of yoga teacher training currently available in the UK.
All of my classes start with breathing techniques to centre and balance (pranayama) and a gentle warm up, before moving towards a series of postures (asanas) and then finishing with a guided relaxation session.
There is no judgment in my class – we are all built differently and our bodies are unique. I teach in stages, offering modifications... Feel free to work to your own level, at your own pace, working safely and never straining.
We will start with simple postures and together will progress to more challenging ones as the weeks progress.
