I teach Hatha Yoga, and work on building strength as well as flexibility. Classes are based around a theme that we explore and progress over several months. Postures are de-constructed, preparing key areas of the body, working on strength and flexibility, before working in a staged approach towards the final posture. This, combined with the use of props, modifications and variations allows beginners and more experienced practitioners to work side by side in a non-competitive environment. Classes will typically start with a breathing practice, move through the posture work and finish with a guided relaxation. First class £6, thereafter £12 drop in, block of 5 at £11, block of 10 at £10 per class. wkdyoga.com
