This class is suitable for all abilities from beginner to more experienced. The class includes breathing; stretches and postures (with modifications where necessary to suit individual needs) and a blissful relaxation at the end. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher (3yr Diploma) and have been teaching in and around Bridgnorth for 20 years, however I have now moved to West Wales. I also have a qualification to teach children and can offer after school clubs suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I also run courses in the Yoga for healthy backs.
