Mindfulness Yoga

Having someone close to help you through your Yoga Journey and Programme is important.

Our Yoga classes and our availability to teach at your own home, allows you to be comfortable in your own environment whilst fitting your practice in around your schedule.

We invite all experience levels to join us and drop in, from beginners just learning to get closer to their toes – to vinyasa flow masters.

By making yoga sessions interactive with your yoga teacher, we aim to find out what you want to achieve and create workshops in our studio around your wants and needs.

Use this as a way to improve your weekly meditation and to help relax your mind, breathe and body.

Yoga with Priya

Having practised Yoga for many years, I became inspired by the positives changes yoga had on my life, it strengthened me, kept me present and made me feel great! I completed my teacher training with Yoga London and am also a trained Reiki practitioner.

I have always been involved in work that aims to make the lives of others better, I have worked with children with autism, to working in primary education. After completing an MSc at the London School of Economics I found myself working in the Behavioural Science and Happiness Research Team, here I met some amazing names in positive psychology and I learned a great deal about well-being and happiness and the science behind it!

I wanted to apply this to schools and so I began a role at the Positive Education Network – An organisation working to transform education, to include a curriculum that applies lessons from positive psychology and wellbeing. From all these amazing experiences I have learned about the importance of looking after one’s mental health and wellbeing and the best ways how too. For me, Yoga helps to balance and centre and it has been scientifically proven to have many benefits mentally and physically!

The physical, mental and social benefits of Yoga can provide an enlightened approach to daily living, whilst also allowing us to push our bodies and minds to places where they may not go normally.
