Hi, I'm Amy.
I'm a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, with over 10 years' experience teaching yoga. I teach a joyful style of yoga, with a focus on cultivating a mindful, compassionate awareness of the body. My classes are suitable for mixed levels of experience and ability including beginners. I adapt classes according to the needs of my students. I also specialise in teaching chair yoga to private groups and individuals, both in person and online via Zoom.
