This Yoga class is a mid-week unhurried, nurturing and nourishing session. It combines flowing movements to gently raise energy levels, mindfully held postures to release tightness and restorative yoga poses for total relaxation.
With a smattering of breathing and meditation in the mix, it is a treat for mind, body and soul.
Suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga.

I am a FRYOG yoga teacher (www.friendsofyoga.co.uk) and I have been teaching yoga since 2005.. I teach at my own studio set in a woodland environment both hatha and flow yoga. I also run Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) classes once a month. Events, workshop and retreats are organised by The Yoga-Lounge.
Class numbers are limited to ensure individual attention. One to one tuition is available. Classes are suitable for all, as you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
